BPW accepts returns for credit only if the product is received back at our facility within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns received after 30 days will not be eligible for credit.
All returned items will be inspected for damage, completeness, and overall resalability. BPW reserves the right to deny credit based on the results of this inspection.
All returns must begin with a Return Authorization (RA) issued by our Customer Service team. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package containing the returned products. Credit will be issued upon completion of the inspection process.
Return Eligibility by Product Type
Stocked Items
Stocked items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Returns not resulting from a BPW error are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
- Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for credit.
Sourced Items
Sourced items are generally non-returnable because most vendors do not accept returns.
- These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for credit unless the return is due to a BPW error.
- Sourced items will be clearly identified on their individual product detail pages (PDPs).
- In limited cases, certain sourced items may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to vendor approval. Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate the RA process and confirm eligibility prior to returning the item.
- Approved sourced returns are subject to a 30 percent vendor restocking fee unless the return is due to a BPW error.
Warranty Claims
BPW does not warranty any products directly. All warranty claims are subject to the policies and procedures of the product’s manufacturer. Processing times for manufacturer warranties may vary and may take several weeks.
If a replacement item is needed immediately, customers may wish to purchase a new item and have any applicable warranty credit applied once the manufacturer approves the claim.
Shipping Damage
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery for potential damage incurred during transit.
Once delivery is accepted, BPW cannot be held responsible for any damage discovered thereafter.
